【RECRUITMENT POSITIONS】
1:PE engineer/PIE engineer;Salary:20000-25000CNY
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle abnormalities in production, analyze defective processes and put forward improvement countermeasures and implement supervision to improve the pass-through rate of products;
2. Production process optimization, proposals to improve quality and efficiency improvement; responsible for yield improvement, production efficiency improvement and effect tracking;
3. Product process flow and SOP production (first and then completed by IE engineers);
4. Responsible for following up the resolution of technical problems in the production process of mass-produced products;
5. Launch and import new products; be responsible for the production and maintenance of operation guidance documents;
6. Analysis and control of OQC sampling failures to prevent such abnormalities from recurring, and formulate rework procedures;
7. Responsible for the project introduction process and docking with the R&D department; exception handling and sample confirmation of external processing plants.
job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, aged 25-40;
2. Machinery, electronics, automation and other related majors, more than three years of experience in the production of electronic PE engineers, rich experience in introducing new products, analyzing and improving production line abnormalities, and making tooling fixtures;
3. Be proficient in the production process, process control points, and cause analysis of defective products;
4. Have experience in new product introduction and process improvement;
5. Proficient in operating CAD design software, and able to use office software;
6. Can understand the circuit diagram, can burn and solder;
7. Have working experience in Bluetooth headset electronic products.
