When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You don't need to set up an account to place an order. However, creating an account will allow you to store your shipping information, view order history, and view warranty information for products. Additional features will be added to account pages in the near future.

How long do they take to ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within one business day. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
What is the status of my order?
Once the headset ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update your tracking number. Then click Track Your Order at the bottom to enter your order number, or click the online customer service in the lower left corner to inquire
What does the warranty cover?
We back all new purchases with a (2) two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects. It does not cover misuse, loss or theft. Please feel free to contact us or fill out the Warranty Claim when you need it
Can I return them if I don't like them?
Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 45-day return period.Contact us whenever necessary!
Has covid-19 affected your shipping?
We are currently operating on our standard shipment processing times, however due to high order volumes and carrier delays some deliveries may be later than expected. But we will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible and safely within our capabilities
What is your refund policy?
All products purchased from our website can be returned within 45 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping), no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping charges.
Please include your product serial number and complete return shipping address in your message to us and we will issue a return authorization and send you a prepaid shipping label for return in the original packaging.

How to reset password?
You can request a new password by clicking here and selecting "I forgot my password" and you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company of the payment channel that handles it. Your data is completely safe.

How does it work?
Unlike traditional headphones that use speakers to transmit sound, our headphones use patented bone conduction technology. The transducer sends tiny vibrations through the cheekbones and sends sound directly to the inner ear, bypassing the eardrum. This keeps your ears open to your surroundings.
Can you feel the vibration?
You might notice some sensation the first time you wear it, especially at higher volumes, but most users won't notice it on their second or third wear.
Can others hear your music?
Do not! Just like traditional headphones, we will provide you with a personal listening experience.
Can you use them to make calls?
yes! All of our Bluetooth headsets can be used to make and receive calls.
Are they waterproof?
All of our headphones are waterproof! But each product has its own level of water resistance, please review the specifications listed for each product before purchasing to ensure you are choosing the correct product for your use case.
Is bone conduction safe?
Bone conduction is completely reliable and safe, and you can rest assured that it is a completely natural form of hearing. If you plug your ears and hum, you are hearing through bone conduction.
Are our headphones suitable for the hearing impaired?
It depends on the type of hearing loss. Those with damaged eardrums but healthy cochlea are most likely to benefit.
Could Tinnitus Sufferers Benefit From Our Headphone Use?
It depends on the user, but many people experience some tinnitus relief.
